Today I was bouncing around the apartment with Heather, my best friend, after she got off work and talking about our days and laughing, and I came to a realization. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life! It's an amazing feeling! Even through there is still a lot to sort through and figure out. Houses to find (though we might have found one today), jobs to get, and other important things that can be somewhat stressful at times. I truly am happy! :) I also realized last night that I can officially say that I am moving here in one month! ONE MONTH! Life is really on it's way!

- Right now I am the little girl in the big city! Back in June of 2010 I moved to Tallahassee, Florida to be closer to my best friend and pursue new opportunities. It was a huge change for a girl who spent most of her life in Kansas, but it has been the best decision I have ever made. I am waiting for my Florida residency to kick in so I can return to school at FSU and begin my English Major with a focus in Media/Writing/Editing and a minor in Communications. In the mean time I work as a Full-Time Nanny for 1-year old twin boys! Meaning I do everything you would for one child only twice as much and twice as fast! I also continue to pursue my goal of becoming a published children's book writer. I really love writing and enjoy what I do and hope to one day be able to do it as my main career. In the meantime, my motto is "One Page At a Time..."
